JSSI's 2007 The SKY’s the Limit Sweepstakes

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN ALASKA AND HAWAII, AND OUTSIDE OF THE REMAINING 48 UNITED STATES AND WASHINGTON D.C., AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2. Eligibility:
JSSI’s The SKY’s the Limit Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to individuals that (a) are associated with the business aviation industry, (b) are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry, (c) reside within the 48 contiguous United States/Washington D.C., and (d) possess a valid Drivers License issued by one such state. Employees of JSSI, its affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors or its advertising or promotion agencies (and immediate family members of such employees who reside in the same household) are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes begins September 25, 2007, 8:00 am CDT (Central Daylight Savings Time), and ends October 6, 2008, at 5:00 pm CDT.

3. How to Enter:

On-line: Visit www.jssisweepstakes.com to access the official The SKY’s the Limit Sweepstakes website. To be entered into the Sweepstakes, complete and submit the on-line Official Entry Form as instructed on-screen. All on-line entries must be received by 5:00 pm CDT on October 6, 2008. Limit one entry per e-mail address per day. On-line entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter (i.e. at the time of entry, the person to whom the applicable e-mail address was assigned by an Internet access provider or the owner of the domain associated with such e-mail address). On-line entrants must own or have access to a computer, e-mail address, and Internet service prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes and continuing through the time of entry. JSSI is not responsible for (i) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, or technical failures or technical or human errors that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries; or (ii) damage to entrant’s or any person’s computer or its contents. In addition, JSSI shall not be responsible for causes beyond JSSI’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the on-line portion of the Sweepstakes; provided that if any of the foregoing occurs, JSSI may suspend or terminate the on-line portion of the Sweepstakes and select the winner from among all eligible entries (i.e., non-suspect on-line entries received prior to such termination as well as all eligible mail-in entries received by the mail-in entry deadline stated herein). Notice of any such termination shall be posted on the official JSSI sweepstakes website at www.jssisweepstakes.com.
By Mail: Mail your request for an Official Entry Form (including a self-addressed, postage prepaid, No. 10 (business size) envelope) to: JSSI, 180 North Stetson, 29th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601, Attn: Official Entry Request. Only one Official Entry Form will be provided per request (each request must be mailed separately). Requests must be received by JSSI on or before September 8, 2008. Complete the Official Entry Form and mail it to the address shown thereon. To be eligible, mail-in entries must be (i) made on an original Official Entry Form obtained as provided herein; (ii) hand-written (including all required information); (iii) mailed separately in a sealed envelope with sufficient postage; (iv) postmarked on or before September 22, 2008; and (v) received by JSSI no later than 10:00 am CDT on October 1, 2008. Only one entry per person per day (based upon postmark date) will be eligible.
Restrictions on All Entries: JSSI may disqualify entries that are submitted in violation of these Official Rules including multiple entries submitted through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar duplication method. Official Entry Forms must be complete with all requested information including, without limitation, name, complete mailing address, and telephone number. JSSI is not responsible for entries that are illegible, incorrect, garbled, late, inaccurate, incomplete, lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or postage-due. Incomplete or nonconforming entries shall be void. All entries become the property of JSSI and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein. JSSI may disqualify any person who tampers with or attempts to tamper with (or intentionally infects with a virus or other disabling code) any of the networks, servers, or computers that are used in the Sweepstakes.

4. Grand Prize:

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a 2009 Saturn SKY convertible. Choice of options, including interior and exterior colors, is at JSSI’s sole discretion and is subject to dealer availability. Winner will be responsible for all federal, state or local income taxes, registration, insurance, fees and all other expenses including those related to acceptance and use of prize. Winners must take delivery of prize vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from JSSI-selected dealer and must present valid driver’s license and evidence of insurance at time of delivery. Delivery of vehicle is subject to manufacturer/distributor and dealer production and delivery schedules. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $25,000.00. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein or at JSSI’s sole discretion. JSSI reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason as solely determined by JSSI. Prize will be awarded provided it is claimed properly in accordance with these Official Rules.

5. Drawing and Notification:

The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through both entry methods combined. The drawing will be held on or about October 7, 2008, at the 2008 NBAA exhibition in Orlando, FL. If not present at drawing, the potential winner will be notified by e-mail, U.S. mail or telephone within 30 days after the drawing. Attempts to reach the winner will be made at least once every three (3) days by telephone. If a potential winner declines to accept the prize, or if prize notification cannot be accomplished within ten (10) days after the first notification attempt, the potential winner will be disqualified, and JSSI will select an alternate winner. The potential winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, and except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release, which must be notarized and returned to JSSI within fourteen (14) days after receipt of notification, or the prize will be forfeited, and JSSI will select an alternate winner in a random drawing from among the remaining entries. By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission to JSSI, its subsidiary and affiliated businesses to use his or her name, age, city, state, and photograph or other likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in all media worldwide without limitation or additional notice or compensation, except where otherwise prohibited by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of JSSI and its agents, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

6. Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received through both entry methods combined.

7. Data Privacy:

Information that participants provide to JSSI will be used to communicate with participants regarding the Sweepstakes and may be used by JSSI for future sweepstakes and promotions. To have your name excluded from the lists of names and addresses used by JSSI for sweepstakes or promotions, submit a written request to: JSSI The SKY’s the Limit Sweepstakes, 180 North Stetson, 29th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601. Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s name, city and state of residence may be posted on www.askjssi.com, www.myjssi.com, www.jssisweepstakes.com or in other trade media publications.

8. Winner Info:

Obtain the name of the winner by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winner Info, The SKY’s the Limit Sweepstakes, 180 North Stetson, 29th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601. Requests must be received by November 1, 2008.
